Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

• • All individuals aged 13 and above may enroll.
• • By registering, you agree that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
• • A laptop is required for course participation, project completion, and attending live classes.
• • We reserve the right to deny or revoke access if eligibility criteria are not met.

2. Payments, Refunds & Cancellation

• • All course fees are payable in advance unless otherwise specified via EMI partners.
• • Accepted payment methods: UPI, debit/credit cards, and EMI options (if available).
• • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of enrollment. A 10% processing fee will be deducted, and remaining amount refunded to original payment method.
• • Refunds are not applicable after the 7-day period, or if more than 20% of the course is completed.
• • If you are under the guaranteed paid internship plan and meet all requirements but do not receive internship placement, AiWebix will refund your course fee.
• • AiWebix reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify course batches if required.

3. Internship Plans & Guarantee Terms

Depending on the selected plan, internships work as follows:

• • Guaranteed Paid Internship Plan: On course & assessment completion, you will receive a 3-month paid internship with a minimum ₹5,000/month stipend, either in-house or with hiring partners.
• • Guaranteed Unpaid Internship Plan: You will receive a guaranteed 3-month unpaid internship along with a certificate and experience letter.
• • Non-Internship Plan: You will receive full course access, certifications, and project support, but no internship placement.
• • Internship eligibility depends on assessment completion, attendance, professionalism, and adherence to code of conduct.
• • Missing deadlines or unprofessional conduct may void internship eligibility.

4. Certificates

• • A Course Completion Certificate will be awarded after successfully completing all course modules and assessments.
• • Internship Certificates will be issued after successfully completing the internship period.

5. Course Duration & Live Sessions

• • The course is self-paced and can typically be completed in 4–6 months.
• • Weekly live sessions are conducted for doubt-solving, project discussions, and mentorship — attendance is not mandatory but highly recommended.
• • Dedicated doubt support is available via LMS comments, live sessions, email, and official communication channels (WhatsApp/Telegram).

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• • All course materials (videos, code, quizzes, assignments, content) are the property of AiWebix.
• • Redistribution, resale, or sharing of content (paid or free) without permission is strictly prohibited.
• • AI tools, assignments, and codebases shared are for personal learning only.
• • Plagiarism, cheating, or unethical AI usage will result in account termination without refund.

7. Platform Access & Lifetime Policy

• • Lifetime access means you can revisit content (videos, resources, assignments) anytime as long as our platform remains operational.
• • Lifetime access does not include perpetual live mentorship, which is limited to your active course period.
• • Account sharing or multiple logins from different users is strictly forbidden.

8. Privacy & Data Usage

We collect user data such as name, email, phone, progress history, and activity logs to improve the learning experience, personalize courses, and coordinate internships. We do not sell your data to third parties.

9. Service Interruptions

We strive for 99.9% uptime but may occasionally have maintenance or downtime. AiWebix is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party platforms or hosting issues.

10. Code of Conduct

• • Show respect to instructors, mentors, and peers at all times.
• • Avoid abusive language, spamming, or discriminatory remarks.
• • Violating the code of conduct can result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

11. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

AiWebix uses third-party services (Zoom, YouTube, Google Forms, GitHub, LMS platforms, etc.) for course delivery. We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or privacy policies of these external tools.
